BREAKING NEWS Filming of New Water safety council DVD "Do I need to Cross"
Chris Tews from the NZ Mountain Safety Council has approached the Unit to supply a mix of 10 Cadets/Officers of varying ages and gender to be available for filming of this new DVD with the latest river crossing techniques.
This is to be held in the next School Holidays from 8th Oct to 12th Oct inclusive.
Unit personnel will need to commit to being available to ALL 4 days for filming of this Educational DVD which will replace the out of date one currently in circulation.
Filming will be in the general Wellington region, most likely, but not necessarily at Otaki Forks or Rimutaka forest park.
We currently have nominations to be confirmed from CDT's Langenhoeven, Baker T, Pepper, McLachlan, Dey, Keirle and Montgomery, LAC's Goodwin, Hines and Johnson, SGT Lapham, F/S's Tews and Petersen, U/O Mackay, and PLTOFF Baker.
Please contact the Unit Commander, FGOFF Timms to add your name to the list. Please be aware that we need a minimum of 10 plus reserves.
